Basic version

1. Pritisnite crvenu tipku, koja služi za skeniranje dokumenata.

2. U okvir obuhvatite MRZ kod na ličnoj ispravi gosta.

Na osobnim iskaznicama se MRZ kod u 3 reda nalazi na poleđini iskaznice, a na putovnici se obično nalazi na dnu stranice s identitetom na početku putovnice.

Nakon što ste očitali dokumente kamerom telefona, automatski ste unijeli podatke u aplikaciju.

3. PODACI O GOSTU

Ispunite polja, koja se automatski nisu očitala:

  • broj noćenja 
  • odaberite sobu
  • provjerite i po potrebi
  • promijenite mjesto
  • prebivališta

4. Provjerite unesene podatke.

  • Nastavite sa dodavanjem ostalih gostiju u sobu na način, da pritisnete “Skeniraj sljedeću ispravu”.
  • Prijavu gosta završite s pritiskom na “Spremi i završi”
  • Sa pritiskom na pojedinu rezervaciju u kalendaru možete i kasnije prijavljivati dodatne goste.

5. Pojedinosti prijave (rezervacije) uredite na način, da odaberete automatski oblikovan prikaz rezervacije u kalendaru i uredite pojedine podatke.

6. Promjene se automatski šalju na eVisitor. Na tom zaslonu produljujete i skraćujete prijavu svih gostiju u rezervaciji. 

S pritiskom na pojedinog gosta u rezervaciji, promijenite pojedinosti prijave, što znači da će se promijeniti detalji dotičnog gosta, a ne svih gostiju, koji su u sobi.

Unesite e-mail adresu i lozinku koju biste željeli koristiti za svoj SnapGuest račun.

Označite ”Slažem se s uvjetima korištenja i pravilima o privatnosti” i pritisnite “STVORI RAČUN.”

Da biste potvrdili svoj račun kliknite na link u poruci koju ste dobili putem vaše e-mail adrese.

1. Da biste mogli kreirati prijavu gostiju, potrebno je prvo dodati eVisitor račun.

U gornjem desnom kutu aplikacije pritisnite ikonu “postavke (Settings).”

2. Odaberite opciju “Upravljanje računima eVisitor (Manage eVisitor accounts).”

3. Za dodavanje eVisitor računa odaberite “+”.

4. Unesite osobni identifikacijski broj-OIB i lozinku eVisitor računa te to potvrdite sa “DODAJ RAČUN (ADD ACCOUNT).”

5. Nakon uspješnog dodavanja eVisitor računa, podaci o objektu i sobi uvezeni su u vaš kalendar.

Yes, you can use it also in the Croatian language. From Settings, click on “General” and choose the language you want.
Yes, you can use it on an unlimited number of mobile devices. Install the app on every mobile device from which you plan to register guests and log in with the same email address and password.
After scanning MRZ code for one guest, click on “Room” and choose a room he will stay in. To add one guest more to the same room or put more guests in one particular room, click “Scan another” and after adding all guests you want in the same room, click “Save and finish.” Also, you can do this by opening a particular reservation in the calendar and choosing “Check-in additional guest.”

Yes, the app reads documents of all foreign and domestic citizens containing MRZ code.

Yes, the app gives you that possibility. You open a photo on another device and scan the code in the same way as from the documents. To do it this way, good photo quality and visible MRZ code are mandatory.

To solve the problem, send us a log from the app. Go to “Settings” at the bottom, click eight times on “Version,” then choose to send the log to info@snapguest.hr.

You can’t delete it alone. Contact us, and we’ll delete it on your request.

SnapGuest will automatically read the number of beds from your eVisitor account.

Unfortunately, this feature is currently unavailable.

The number of beds calculates according to the total number of beds in the apartment, permanent + extra.
You get free days if you share the app with your friends (in Settings).
Yes, the app provides that possibility also. Close the camera with pressing “x” in the upper left corner of the screen and write down guest data manually.

On ID cards, MRZ code (three rows long) is on the back of the document, and in passports, it’s usually on the bottom of the identity page, at the beginning of the passport.

In Settings, click on “Sync data”, after that, you’ll be notified that “eVisitor is successfully synced.” Then manually add the unsynced data:”Room” and “Type of travel.”

Go to “Settings” at the bottom, click eight times on “Version,” then choose to send the log to Gmail or to info@snapguest.hr.

In “Settings” click on “Check or renew your licenses.” Here you can extend the free period if you have shared the application with a friend or paid for the desired licenses.

In “Settings” click on “Check or renew your licenses.” 

After that, you will see how many free extra days you have in the recommendations. If you want to renew your license and use your free days, click “Use free days.”

Make sure you have entered an eVisitor account and check your internet connection. In case the rooms still do not appear, contact SnapGuest support.

Visa, American Express or Mastercard are cards with which you can make a license payment.
